People

Our team can help you find and hire the right team members. We will help you thoroughly train new hires. We can assist on training team members with Limited Time Offers, (LTO’s), or with revised recipes, procedures, etc. As importantly as anything, we can dramatically assist you in the retention of these trained and developing team members.

Execution

Execution starts at the back door and wraps in the culmination of the Guest experience. So ultimately it is the sum of all behaviors that help create sales and profits! Some examples of these and what our team can help you with are:

Long ago I heard the following axiom and have let it guide me all these years: If you have great sales and poor profits, you are just wearing out the building. If you have poor and eroding sales, but are running 40% profit levels; at some point that is going to be an equation of 40% of nothing is nothing. Innovation
