I’m Alan Watts, CEO & President of Gōshen. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work with talented, high-character leaders, starting as an Assistant Manager at Showbiz Pizza Place, then advancing to senior roles at Fuddruckers/KooKooRoo, including SRVP and interim COO. I later founded a consulting firm and recently named a President for Chompie’s restaurants.

Scott Nietschmann

Scott has dedicated over 40 years to the hospitality industry. Nineteen were spent with Chili’s where he started in the management training program ultimately achieving the title of Chief Operations Officer. He led a team that included operations, training, beverage and human resources.

Scott’s further experiences involved start ups, turnarounds and growth of existing brands. Those experiences include President of Fuddruckers, Owner/Operator of Fish City Grill, President of Shula Burger, Chief Operations Office of Boloco, Chief Operations Officer of TooJays Gourmet Deli, Chief Operating Officer for Chili’s, Senior Vice President for Brinker International, Vice President of Operations for Raising Canes and Operating Partner for Genghis Grill. 

Mentored by legendary Norman Brinker, Scott’s philosophy is People, Quality and Profits. His passion for the business revolves around developing people, teams and systems.

Scott currently resides in Austin Texas with his wife Lori of 43 years.
